We maintain a dedicated team of experts who continually enhance and expand our nutrition and food database. Our food ontology encompasses tens of thousands of ingredients, with nutrition data sourced from reputable authorities such as:

  • Danish Food Composition
  • Finelli
  • EFSA (European Food Safety Authority)

Collaboration with Open Food Facts (OFF)

To provide market-specific data, we will be using open-source information from OFF –made available to us under the Open Database License-, which is accessible to you here. OFF data will bolster the depth of our product catalog and expand our database of food items and nutrition details.
