2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

The data provided by you in your application will be processed for the purposes of possible recruitment conducted by Foodient Ltd., based on your consent, which you have given by sending your application.

If you are acting as a referring person for the data subject (your friend, colleague or acquaintance), your data will be processed for the purposes of recruitment of said data subject, including employee/contractor vetting process.

Your data may also be processed for the purposes of possible establishment, investigation, or defence against claims, based on the legitimate interest of Foodient Ltd.

3. Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, or as required by applicable law.

4. Data Transfers

Your data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) nor will it be subject to automated processing for the purpose of making a decision regarding your application.
