2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

The data provided by you in your application will be processed for the purposes of possible recruitment conducted by Foodient Ltd., based on your consent, which you have given by sending your application.

If you are acting as a referring person for the data subject (your friend, colleague or acquaintance), your data will be processed for the purposes of recruitment of said data subject, including employee/contractor vetting process.

Your data may also be processed for the purposes of possible establishment, investigation, or defence against claims, based on the legitimate interest of Foodient Ltd.

3. Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, or as required by applicable law.

4. Data Transfers

Your data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) nor will it be subject to automated processing for the purpose of making a decision regarding your application.

5. Data Subject Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data – to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your data, and to receive a copy of it.
  • Rectify your personal data – to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information we hold about you.
  • Erase your personal data (“right to be forgotten”) – to request deletion of your data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or where you have withdrawn consent or objected to processing.
  • Restrict the processing of your personal data – to request limitation of processing in certain circumstances, for example, while we verify the accuracy of your data or assess an objection you have raised.
  • Object to the processing of your personal data – when processing is based on our legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes, you may object, and we will stop processing your data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
  • Withdraw your consent – where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
